The entire New Heights team is closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and how it may impact our teams, customers, and overall operations.
We are working to take the additional precautions necessary to protect both our employees and our customers. We will continue to monitor the Center for Disease Controls guidelines and their recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.
We are implementing additional cleaning procedures for our office and work trucks, and encouraging staff to stay home if they feel sick. We will continue to work while it is safe to do so and are doing everything we can to make sure we are keeping everyone safe.
While we continue to operate, customers will still receive notifications via text and email as to when jobs are scheduled and when consultants are en route to the home. Instead of knocking on doors, consultants will call home owners to let them know they have arrived and as always, invoices will be sent electronically.
We will continue to monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.
