What type of ventilation do I need?

When replacing a roof we typically replace all ventilation systems that are currently in place. If there was excessive moisture in the attic space we might suggest altering the ventilation system that currently exists on your property. However this is rarely the case.

There are 4 roof ventilation systems that are common on homes in Greater Cincinnati:

While slightly more expensive, we really believe that the shingle-over ridge vent is the way to go. It is more visibly attractive and holds up to strong winds better.
