What size is your roof?

Roofs are priced by 10ft square sections. Therefore if you have a roof that is 3,000 square feet your roof would be 30 square. Once we have your square footage we will include extra for any wasted shingles that are removed as we install the roof. We call this "waste". If your roof has many angles or sections the amount of wasted will increase and visa versa. Roof waste is typically between 10% and 25%.

How steep is your roof pitch?

The cost of your roof can very depending on the pitch of your roof. Most roofs are between a 3/12 - 12/12 pitch. For example: Every twelve inches horizontally the roof rises three inches vertically on a 3/12 roof.

How far off the ground is your roof?

If there are portions of the roof that are on a severe slope, hard to get to, or are more than two stories it can affect the price of the roof.
